This is the very first oil of the season.
Pressed from freshly harvested olives and bottled immediately, Pendleton 1st captures the oil exactly as it leaves the press - vibrant, unfiltered, and full of life.
Naturally cloudy in appearance, it contains fine olive particles from the fruit itself. These contribute to a higher concentration of natural antioxidants, along with a fuller flavour and signature creamy mouthfeel.
Fresh, grassy, slightly peppery - this is olive oil at its most expressive.
